You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You may not use another person's account without permission, and you may not allow others to use your account.
3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance, but emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including features, functionality, and availability, at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Our services are primarily designed for users in. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access our services from outside, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
5.2 License Grant to Students
When you enroll in our programs, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or publicly display course content. Upon completion or termination of your enrollment, certain access rights may be revoked.
5.3 Trademarks and Branding
CodeCraft Academy, our logo, and other brand elements are trademarks or registered trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition.
6. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Enrollment in our bootcamp programs requires payment of tuition fees. All prices are listed inese Yen and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
We offer a refund policy for enrollments canceled within seven days of registration, provided the program has not yet started. Once classes begin, refunds are not available except in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including applicable taxes. If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend your access to services until payment is received.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through email or a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services and contact us to close your account.
